General Warranty
Warranty and Replacement Policy
All products come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering all manufacturing defects. (All free accessories are not covered under warranty.)

Warranty Period and Target Audience Conditions
The warranty is automatically registered when the initial purchaser orders from our online store and receives the product, and is only valid for the initial purchaser.

Regarding warranty transfer, you must meet both of the following conditions to receive warranty service:

The warranty period has not expired since the initial owner received the 1-year warranty package;

The new owner must possess the name of the initial purchaser and the original order number.

Warranty Products
BUGKD will replace any components found to be defective or damaged (including damage incurred during shipping).

This warranty does not cover:

Corrosion
Fading, scratches, and impact marks
Impact damage
Irreversible modifications (e.g., drilling or welding)
Water damage

Batteries

Batteries are covered by a pro rata 1-year warranty.

During the first year of service, we will repair or replace the defective battery free of charge. The warranty period for repaired or replaced batteries is the same as the original purchase date.

Cash is non-refundable.

Battery defects can only be assessed and detected directly under the customer warranty.

This limited warranty does not cover:

Defects or damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, improper use, improper storage, abnormal contact with liquids, contact with chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, negligence, or abnormal physical, electrical, or electromechanical stress;
Defects or damage caused by unauthorized modifications;
Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage unless caused by:
Removal, soiling, damage, alteration, or illegibility of the product's serial number or barcode;
Normal wear and tear;
Product defects or damage caused by the use of accessories, products, or auxiliary/peripheral equipment not designed or approved by the manufacturer;
Defects or damage caused by failure to properly assemble, test, operate, maintain, install, care for, repair, or adjust the product according to the assembly instructions or user manual;
Defects or damage caused by external factors such as impact, fire, flood, storm, lightning strike, earthquake, severe weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or any misuse of power.

In addition, this limited warranty does not cover defects or damage to the battery caused by:

Using a charger that is not designed for or is unsuitable for use with the battery;

Improper use of the battery charger;

Any broken seals or signs of tampering on the battery;

The battery has been used in equipment other than the specified bicycle.

1. Warranty Claims
All claims under this warranty must be submitted and sent to [email address]. Any warranty claim must be accompanied by proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged item. We recommend contacting [email address] before submitting a warranty claim, as there may be simpler solutions that do not require filing a claim. Valid warranty claims submitted within 1 year of the initial purchase will be processed.

2. Shipping Damage Claims
In rare cases, items may be damaged during shipping. If any damage occurs during shipping, please contact us and send photos or videos as proof.

If free accessories are scratched during shipping, we will not replace or compensate for them.

Note: We do not accept shipping damage claims submitted more than 7 days after receiving any product.
