Return/Exchange Period: If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact our store through our online customer service within one week of receiving the item.

Paid Return Shipping: Customers only need to pay for return shipping.

We require you to return the item to our store within one week of receiving notification.

Once we receive notification, we will immediately provide the customer with all details, including the return address.

Please note that if you contact us or return the item after the above deadlines, whether due to our error or for the convenience of our customers, we will not accept returns or exchanges.

*Please note that the following categories of items are not eligible for return or exchange:

・Items, packaging, or accessories that are damaged or missing are not eligible for return or exchange.

【Cash on Delivery Customers】
